Data Entry Tab

The Data Entry tab is designed to assist you in managing and reviewing your patients on DMARDs.

Key Points

• Blood Test Requested - If you do not use electronic test requesting you can use this section of the template to record a test request.
• Monitoring - The monitoring sections enable you to record the patient's urine blood and protein results by selecting the appropriate clinical term.
• Review - This area of the screen is where you can record when patients have been reviewed in the surgery or by other health care providers.
• Alerts - The section at the bottom of the screen shows the patient's recent examinations so you can easily see if anything is outstanding or requires a review.
