Diabetes Risk Calculator

The Diabetes Risk Calculator is based on the Leicester Practice Diabetes Risk Score which is recommended by NICE and is used for the identification of those patients at risk of having undiagnosed diabetes or being at risk of diabetes in the future.

The score identifies people who may be at high risk of diabetes or currently have undiagnosed type 2 diabetes using data on age, sex, BMI, ethnicity, family history of diabetes and anti-hypertensive use. It calculates the risk score for all those aged 40-75 years old.
