Using the Summary Menu

You can access various Summary forms from the Summary menu:

Summary forms display existing data and providing a Consultation is open, allow you to record new information.

Summary forms can consist of multiple tabs grouping the relevant entries for a clinical category. They are often identical to the Management Plan for the same clinical data, it is just a different way of entering the data. For example, the Lifestyle form includes entries for Occupation, Smoking, Alcohol, Exercise, Diet and Contraception. Other multiple tabbed forms include Asthma Management, Child Development, CV & BP Management, Haematology.

Any data entered, for example, Blood Pressure, displays across all of the patient's record.
