RMD Status Section

The Status area displays at the top of the RMD and relates to the Vision 3 referral record. The referral may have one of the following states:

  • Referral Pending - The initial status after saving the referral, indicating the referral message is yet to be sent.
  • Referral Sent - Indicates the referral message is sent. Any changes to the RMD changes the status back to Referral Pending indicating that changes have yet to be sent.
  • Awaiting Send - Indicates that a request has been made to send the message, but the messaging engine has yet to process it.
Note - You should check Mail Manager to ensure referral messages are not in error.
