Medical Record Overview
The full Medical Record Overview (MRO) screen can be shown by default when a patient has been selected, if the MRO box is checked on the Start-Up Forms in Consultations - Options - Setup. It can be manually displayed at any time by selecting from Summary - Medical Overview.
The MRO summarises the number of records made in each category, showing how many consultations, problems, and entries in therapy, medical history and so on.
You have several options to display or add new data at from the MRO screen.
Viewing Existing Entries from the Medical Records Overview Screen
From the MRO screen, double click on one of the lines to list out the details in a right-hand section, for example, double click on the Therapy line to list therapy prescribed or double click on Consultations to list Consultations.
You can now either:

Double click on one of the lines in the right-hand section, to display the Consultation View screen, summarising the entries made within the selected consultation, or

Right click on an item and select Consultation View.
You can also, right-click on an item in the top right-hand section of the MRO screen, for example, a Therapy entry, and select:
- Item View to display that item's details, for example, a Therapy Display or History Display screen.
- List to display a list of items, for example, Therapy List.
- Problems to display a list of Current Problems. Ticks display in the Problems that the selected item is included in. Note - All data entries are added to the ENCOUNTER or Currently Relevant problem. If you want to include that item in a problem, then just tick the problem description.
- Add to enter new data for the category displayed in the right-hand section, for example, if there are Therapy entries, then Therapy Add displays.
- Edit or Delete to display Update or Delete screens for the category.
- Audit Trail, More and Help.
