To Remove a Patient from a Register

1. Click on the Disease Registers line on the left-hand navigation pane to list the disease registers to which the patient belongs under the Filtered List tab.
2. Right click on the register from which they are to be removed, and select Edit. This displays the Chronic Disease Register : Asthma - Update screen.
3. Enter a date in Removed From and click OK.
