Prevention Tab

Prevention screen in List Format

Note - The Prevention tab is only available on Initials Views 1 and 2, see Consultation Manager Setup - Patient Record for details.

The Prevention tab bears a strong resemblance to the VAMP Medical Prevention screen with familiar lines in the same order for:

  • Allergy/Intolerance

  • Blood Pressure

  • Cervical Cytology

  • Smoking

  • Alcohol

  • Recall

  • Immunisations

  • Child Health Surveillance

  • Height

  • Weight

  • Occupation

The data is organised in topics and categories, select Expand on a line to display the data. Select Collapse to return to displaying the latest entry only.

The number in brackets after the category indicates how many clinical records are in that category.

From the Prevention tab, any Add screen has a navigation option at the bottom. You can select from the available list to display the next Add screen required and then select Skip to, or simply select Next to move through the screens without adding data:

Note - If the data entry form is hidden, just starting to type pops up an Add screen.

Select OK to save.

Note - If you finish the screen incompletely, the ' The Data entered in this form has not been saved. You may choose to save data before continuing [use the Save Data button] or you may wish to discard your changes [use Discard Changes]. Alternatively, pressing Cancel will allow you to complete the form manually' message displays, select OK to save .
