Freehand Tab

Note - The Freehand tab is only available on Initial View 2 of the patient record, see Consultation Manager Setup - Patient Record for details.

The Freehand tab represents the same categories of disease management as was found on VAMP Medical Freehand screens but what displays depends on the patient's age and sex:

  • Asthma Management

  • CV & BP Management

  • CHS exams

  • Diabetes

  • Elderly

  • Epilepsy

  • Well Person Clinic

  • Maternity

  • New Registration.

All lines display as collapsed showing only latest record in each category.

A data entry form displays at the bottom of the screen as soon as you select a category, you can hide this form by:

  • Selecting Cancel on the form.

  • Press + on your keyboard, in order to hide it and show more of the listed entries. Press + on your keyboard again to redisplay it.

If the data entry form is hidden, just starting to type a description pops up the History - Add screen.
