Source/Actions

Source/Actions is only available on an entry with a test result filed electronically from Mail Manager. Source/Actions is greyed out if the result has not been filed manually not electronically.

Source/Actions displays the result as it appeared in the Mailbox.

Right click on a test result line and select Source/Actions. The Laboratory Report and Request details which form part of the heading display. As the result has already been seen by a clinician, these details are initially collapsed, double click on either of these headings to expand the details.

Select Audit Trail to view which mailbox received the result and whether it was copied or redirected to other mailboxes.
