Printing Newly Added CMS Items At Another Time

Important - If you are adding CMS items in advance of printing, for example transferring repeats to CMS in anticipation of the future printing of CMS items, you are prompted that there are unprinted items. This message appears for 48 hours after the script is added, so care needs to be taken if you do not want to print them on that date. Select Continue without printing.

At a later date, when you are ready to print:

  1. From Consultation Manager, select the patient required and select the Therapy tab.

  2. Now select the CMStab.

  3. Select Print or press F9 on your keyboard, the Prescription Manager - Add screen displays.

  4. Select the All tab and select the items to be printed.

  5. Select Print or press F9 on your keyboard on your keyboard and the scripts print with the updated date. The Scripts screen and the Journal tab reflect the updated date.
