SCI-DC Data in Consultation Manager

Filed information in the Patient Record

SCI-DC Back Population Data that has been filed into the patient record from Mail Manager SCI-DC messages:

• Has Data Transferred From Other System as the Consultation Type.
• Is recorded against the patients registered GP.
• Has the date that the information was recorded on the third party system and not the date the message was filed on the patient record in Vision 3:

  

Amended Data

Amended data sent via SCI-DC replaces the original transmitted entry in Consultation Manager and as such does not display differently in the journal. You can look at the audit trail of an entry to see the history of amendments, right click on it and select Audit Trail. Previous changes are highlighted in red.

Deleted Data

Diabetic data that has been deleted at the instruction of a SCI-DC Back Population message can be viewed from Consultation - Options - Show Deleted Records in Consultation Manager.
