The Auto Selection Options Screen

Select the data you wish to automatically accompany an eReferral:

• Auto Selection Criteria - Tick/untick to include/exclude data of each type:
  • Allergies - Mandatory, the tick cannot be removed, includes all recorded allergies and intolerances.
  • Current Medication - Mandatory, the tick cannot be removed, includes all acute therapy and repeat issues in the last 3 months.
  • Active Disease Registers - Disease register entries with no end date.
  • Active Problems - The Read code from any problem headings.
  • Medical History - Priority 1 - 9 - Select which priorities to include.
  • Most Recent - Latest entry for each recorded:
    • Alcohol
    • Blood Pressure
    • Height
    • Smoking
    • Weight
  • Test results from the last 3 months
  • Select All - Ticks all criteria
  • Clear Selections - Removes all selections
• Choose and Book - Select as required:
  • Link to auto selected items - Tick to populate the RMD screen with data selected from the left-hand Auto Selection Criteria list.
  • Link to items in the referral's consultation - Tick to populate the RMD with the current consultation data as well as those selected in Auto Selection Criteria.

Select OK to finish. Changes take effect once you select another patient or if you have a patient record open, reselect the existing patient.
