If no data in consultation when closed

If you have switched on the option Prompt if no data when closing consultation in Consultations Options Setup, when you close a consultation without added data, a message displays:

No data has been added during this consultation. Do you wish to delete the consultation?

Answer Yes unless you want to record a consultation during which no data was entered.

The notes option allows you to add a note which displays in this screen for all Vision 3 users. It is not attached to any patient record.
