Medication linked to Problem
In order to link a prescription to a clinical indication, the existing Problem linkage can be used, so that the problem header becomes the indication for the drug, and the prescription is linked to the problem.
If you are regularly using problems, then these linkages will exist. Indeed if you have an open problem when adding a prescription, then the linkage is formed directly for you, by the drug being added to the problem.
