Changing Patient Suitability in Patient Details, Consultation Manager
You can change the suitability status of individual patients at any time:
- From Consultation Manager, select the patient and ensure that a consultation is open.
- Select the Patient Details tab and select Preferences.
- From the CMS section, you can see the patient’s current CMS Suitability status.
- Select Change, make your selection and optionally enter free text Reason for Change.
- Select Save and the new suitability status displays.
Note - You cannot change the suitability status for more than one patient at a time.
