No Allergy Data - Warning on the Alerts Pane

If there is no drug allergy information recorded for a patient, a warning displays in the alerts pane:

• If the patient has no known allergies, double click on Add No Allergy, see Adding No Known Allergies.
• To record allergies, select Add Allergy to display the Add Allergy & Intolerance form, see Adding a Drug Allergy/Adverse Reaction.
