  • U_INDEX: Local Guideline Index. This line is embedded in INDEX so it appears on the main Guideline Index. The Local Guideline Index is shown by default on a Vision 3 view of the Patient Record under the Guidelines tab. Initially, this Local Guideline Index is empty and needs local guidelines added to it.
