Collapse All Open Lines

The opposite of expanding is to collapse all open items - click on the icon Collapse All, which will leave just the main headings of the report.

If you click on a heading, this will usually expand that section, and re-clicking the heading will collapse it again. This does to some extent depend on how the properties of the line are set up (explained in Report Maintenance).
