Reports can be viewed on-screen, edited, or copied to provide variations of a report.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, make sure that Reports is checked, and Locally generated box at the bottom of the screen is unchecked (these refer to Guidelines).
  3. Click once in the main large white window to display the complete Reports Index.

Alternatively, you can enter the full title, or part of a title, of a report mnemonic in the Mnemonic window, for example, type R_ and press Enter to find all system reports beginning with R _.

  4. Or, you can enter a specific report title by typing the first few letters of a known report shorthand title in Mnemonic to display a specific report then press Enter, for example, ALLCONS for All Consultations, ENCOUNTER for the Encounter Report.

When you have the report index listed, you will see that there are a number of existing reports supplied with the software.

For example, Encounter for an Encounter Report; All Medical History has a mnemonic of ALLMEDICAL.

These are template reports which you can use as they are, or copy and edit them in whatever way you want.

The pre-defined Reports, listed at the end of the alphabetical reports index - V_Reports: VAMP Reports - incorporates most of the other standard reports listed in the index.

  5. Either highlight the report you want by clicking on it and select either View or Print.

If you want to print several reports at once, hold the Control key down and click on each report to highlight each.

Or double click on a report in the index to print that report.

  7. Go - Click on to print the report out (you can omit expanding the lines before selecting Go, because this will automatically print all the lines including their sub-levels).

Groups - If you have selected a patient group, and selected the first patient in the group, display the Select Guidelines screen and select a report as explained in steps 1-3 above. Then click on Print Group to print reports for all members in that group.
