Editing an Existing Guideline or Report

The Reports and Guidelines Index already include templates for several standard reports, including an Encounter Report, History report and Therapy report. These can be used as templates to create your own reports.

Note - You cannot directly edit reports with a Mnemonic beginning with 'R_' but you can copy them and then amend the copy.

If the Guideline is issued by Vision, it may be advisable to copy and rename it, rather than altering the original.
