Difference between Unlinked and Decoupled patients

The difference between Unlinked and Decoupled patients:

Unlinked patients are not synchronised with the PDS. Synchronisation is automatically attempted the next time the patient is selected. National Services such as EPS, eReferrals, Summary Care Record and GP2GP are disabled.

Decoupled patients are not synchronised with the PDS and National Services such EPS, eReferrals, Summary Care Record and GP2GP are disabled. Synchronisation is not attempted until the record is recoupled with the PDS.
