Voice Connect - Patient Partner

Voice Connect are specialists in automated telephone booking solutions for the NHS. Patient Partner is a telephone-based self-service appointment system which works with your existing telephone system to provide your patients with 24-hour access to:

  • Booking, cancelling, checking and changing an appointment and/or review.

  • Ordering repeat prescription.

Appointments booked using the Voice Connect - Patient Partner system have 'Booked by Patient Partner' in the Appointments comments section.

Note - In order for the system to work, when using Patient Partner, the patient must enter the same telephone number as you have recorded within the patient record when asked, see Adding and Maintaining Contact Numbers in the Registration Help Centre for details.
