Reprinting WGPP Test Request Labels

If there is a problem with the initial printing of your Welsh GP Portal (WGPP) labels, you can reprint them.

To reprint WGPP test request labels:

  1. From Vision Anywhere, select the patient required in the usual way, see Finding a Patient for details if required.

  2. From Navigation bar, select Application Switch .

  3. Select External Services - GP Portal:

    Note - Applications available vary depending on your system set up.
    Training Tip - If you select External Services - GP Portal without first selecting a patient you are prompted to select a patient.
  4. If requested, enter your log in details and select OK.

  5. The WGPP displays, select GPTR Requesting .

  6. The Welcome to the GP Test Requesting Application screen displays. Under Recent Requests and Results select the test request required:

  7. The Pending Request screen displays, select Re Print :

  8. The Print Labels for Test Request screen displays, select Print .

    Important - Do not select writeback against any option or a duplicated entry is made on the patient record.
  9. Select Close to return to Vision Anywhere.

  10. Select the Back Arrow to return to the patient record.
