Problem Linkage

Problem orientation shows items that are linked to a condition, this can provide a full overview of the management and treatment for a condition. Any Problems display as headers on the Medical History screen:

Select the Problem to show related items.

If items such as Medication or Test Results are linked to a problem, this is indicated alongside the entry.
Select to display the problem details.

EMIS Data and Problems

The EMIS system automatically creates a problem when you record a history entry, these display as significant Medical History entries.

The free text related to the entry does not show as part of the problem heading, it is stored separately in the patient's record, scroll down the Medical History screen to view it.
