eConsult Smart Inbox

The eConsult Smart Inbox is a web-based work flow management tool providing you with a way of managing your electronic consultations, allowing you to triage, add comments and then file back to a patient's core clinical record.

In Vision 3 an eConsult Smart Inbox entry displays as:

  • An eConsultation consultation, consisting of:

    • An attachment which contains the full consultation details from eConsult Smart Inbox and the eConsult reference ID.

    • A coded entry for the consultation, 9N3N.00 eConsultation via online application.

    • A Notepad entry containing any additional comments.

In Vision Anywhere, an eConsult Smart Inbox entry displays as:

  • An EConsultation Encounter, consisting of:

    • An attachment which contains the full consultation details from eConsult Smart Inbox and the eConsult reference ID.

    • A coded entry for the eConsultation.
