Engage Consult Integration with Cegedim Healthcare Primary Care Solutions
The first time in each session you select Link my Vision account to link your Engage Consult account with your Cegedim Healthcare Primary Care Solution, for example Vision 3 or Vision Anywhere, the Login Helper screen displays:
Complete as required:

Email Address - This is the email address recorded in Vision 3 - Management Tools - Control Panel - File Maintenance - Staff details.

Password - This is your Vision 3 password, in England, this is the password you use when you are not using your (Undefined variable: General.Smartcard).

Country - Select the Country you are in.

Keep me signed in - Tick to save you having to log in again during this session.
Select Sign In.
Once you have linked to your Cegedim Healthcare Primary Care Solution you have access to patients registered at your practice.
Writing Entries Back to Your Cegedim Healthcare Primary Care Solution
Process your content in Engage Consult in the usual way, see the Guides on the Engage Consult website for details if required. Once you have finished, to write the information back to your clinical system:

From Engage Consult, with the patient entry that you wish to write back selected, choose either Action - :

Send 'Specific items' to Clinical - To send individually coded items, or
-
Send to clinical - To send an attachment plus additional comments:

A 'Reading successfully sent to the patient's clinical record' message displays:
Continue processing messages as required.
Note - If there is a problem with the write back process the Sorry, we are unable to send your report, please try again later message displays. Use Closeto close this screen and try again later or report the issue to Engage Consult via their website.
Within Vision 3

Data written back from Engage Consult is allocated a Consultation Type of eConsultation.

Each entry has a Medical History entry of eConsultation via online application and one or both of the following:

A PDF attachment of the consultation performed in Engage Consult

Detailed coded records
