Immunisations

To see all immunisation entries, select More in the Tab bar at the bottom of the screen and then select Immunisations from the Navigation menu.

1. Open a patient record. See - Selecting and Downloading Patients.
2. To record data an Encounter must be open. See - Encounters.
3. Enter the keyword in the dynamic data entry bar.
   You can enter 'infl vac' to trigger Influenza vaccinations.
4. Select the vaccination.
   The data entry form displays.
5. Enter Immunisation type.
   If there is more that one option start typing to trigger the pick list.




6. Record the Batch number.
7. Add any comments in the Notes field.
8. Select Add to save.
   Vaccination is saved into the Encounter.
