Appointments

The Vision Anywhere Home screen automatically displays your next booked appointment and a link to appointments booked for today.

Providing you have an active internet connection, patient records for all of today's appointments automatically download to your device for offline use.

Note - The appointments downloaded are for the logged in user only and you cannot see appointments outside of your session.

From the Vision Anywhere Home screen, your next patient displays:

From this list you can open patient records and view future or past appointment bookings for seven days either side of today:

  1. From the Vision Anywhere Home screen, select Appointments Today and your appointments for today display with the time and duration of the appointment along with the patient name and title:

  2. Appointments for seven days either side of today automatically download. To view these select the left or right arrows.

  3. Select a patient from the Appointments list to display their record. The patient record displays for you to view and record data, see Patient Summary Screen and Adding Clinical Data for details.
    Note - Only your booked appointments display in the list, you cannot move, cancel, or mark patients as seen from the Appointments screen.
  4. To return to your Appointments list after viewing a patient record, select Back .
