Downloaded Patients

The Downloaded Patients tile on the Vision Anywhere Home screen indicates how many patients are currently stored on your device. This does not include patients who have booked appointments as these are automatically downloaded.

To open a downloaded patient:

  1. From the Vision Anywhere Home screen, simply select Downloaded Patients to list the patients on your device:

  2. Select the patient required to open their record.
    Note - Patients are automatically removed from the device after 7 days.
