Common Observations
Quick data add functions are built into Vision Anywhere to speed up adding commonly recorded items.
There are Common Observations forms for the following areas, these are all triggered by entering a single letter.
For example 'B' or 'BP' triggers the Blood Pressure form:

| Peak Flow | Postural Drop |

| Waist Circumference | Weight |
| Weight Loss |
Quick Entry forms are also triggered by a single letter. These are available for:
- Death Administration
- eMED3
- Immunisations
- Test Results
- Smoking
