Adding Common Observations

To add common observations:

1. Select a patient and open an encounter, see Searching for Patients and Opening an Encounter if required.
2. Start typing in the data entry bar. A single letter triggers the relevant form, for example, W triggers common observations beginning with W.

   Alternately, entering a numeric value, for example, 120/80 for a blood pressure, or 65 for the choice of kg's:

   

3. As you type, a list of short cuts display. You can swipe or scroll up or down to go through the list.
4. When you have found the required item, select it to add.
5. Select Done to finish.
