Understanding Your Service Connection
The Service Connection Status enables you to quickly check on the status of your Tasks connections:

All services are available.

One or more services are unavailable.

The services are broken down into:
- Security Services - This controls the logging in and authenticating of your account.
- Administration Services - This collects and connects your organisation details, for example, practice, federation, community.
- Patient Services - This is needed to be able to search and display patient information.
- File Maintenance - This is needed to upload attachments from your system to a task.
- Notifications - This sends tasks to other users, sends the panic alerts and any other processes that involve communicating between two or more users on different computers.
