Recalling an Announcement

It is not possible to cancel or delete an announcement you have sent, instead you must recall it.

To recall an announcement:

1. From Announcements - Sent, select the announcement you want to recall.
2. Select Options .
3. Now select Recall:

   

4. The Recall Announcement warning displays:

   

5. Select Recall and the announcement is removed from the system.
