System Prerequisites
Tasks is enabled on your system on request, providing your system has the following installed:
- Windows 7 or above. Only Desktop and Touchscreen devices that run the full Windows Operating System are supported, Windows RT (the mobile operating system developed by Microsoft) is not supported.
- All Desktops and Touchscreen devices must have a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
- Vision version DLM 600 or above. Click here for instructions for how to check your current version of Vision.
- .NET 4.6.1 or above needs to be installed on each workstation using Tasks. Click here for instructions on how to check your current version of .net. .NET is automatically installed for you if you are using Aeros.
- Tasks can be used with a keyboard, mouse or touch screen monitor.
Note - Before you can use Tasks, you must also go through the Daybook to Tasks migration process, see Migrating from Daybook to Tasks.
