Amending a Claimed Prescription (1:18)

A submitted claim can be amended providing the claim is in the same claim reimbursement window.

To amend a claim:

  1. From the Pharmacy Manager Side Navigation Bar select eMessages . The eMessages screen displays.
  2. Select the Patient Name filter.

  3. Enter the Name of the patient and remove the tick from the Only show messages awaiting current action checkbox.

  4. Select the appropriate prescription and either:
