Downloading Prescriptions from the NHS SPINE

To download prescriptions from the SPINE:

  1. From the Pharmacy Manager Side Navigation Bar select eMessages . The eMessages screen displays.
  2. Select Download Nominated :

  3. The Nominated Prescription Download screen displays:

  4. All nominated prescriptions download from the SPINE.
Note - The download process runs in the background while you continue to work.
