Pharmacy Manager Tutorials
Icons are small pictures that have been designed to provide you with a specific piece of information about patients and medication. This tutorial explains some of the icons you will see regularly.
Patient Icons
Once a patient has been selected for a prescription, various icons may appear across the bottom of the Dispensary tab.
These icons include:

Indicates there is a note on the patient's record. Hover the mouse over this icon to read the note. |

This patient does not require child resistant containers. |
|
This patient is a registered drug addict. |
|
This patient requires their medication to be delivered. |
|
This indicates the postcode in the patients address is missing or incorrect as determined by the postcode database.
|
|
This patient has repeat prescriptions collected. |
Medication Icons
Icons are also used to provide you with information about the current item. These appear at the bottom of the dispensary tab.
These icons include:

This item has one or more interactions that have been suppressed for the current patient. |
|
This is a regular item for the current patient. |
|
There is an information leaflet available for this item. |
