Patient History Report

You can easily run a report to display a patient's medication history in Pharmacy Manager with chosen criteria. To run this report:

1. From the Pharmacy Manager Side Navigation Bar select Reports .

2. From the list of reports, select Patient History and then select Run:

   

3. The Run Report "Patient History" screen displays:

   

4. Double click on the below filter options as required to narrow down your search, or leave blank if the filter is not required:

   Patient history filter

   

   1. Enter the patient's name and select Find .

   2. The Find Patient screen displays, select the required patient or edit the search as required. Select OK .

   3. Tick the medication events to include them in the report. Select All or None to bulk select or deselect as required.

      Note - If you select all the events the report may be slow to run.

   4. Select OK .

   Date range filter

   

   1. Set the date range required.

      Training Tip - Type a fullstop . and then press Enter on your keyboard to enter today's date.
      Note - If no date range is chosen Pharmacy Manager will display all available.

   2. Select OK .

   Select output destination

   

   1. Select either:

      • Print/Preview - Opens a preview of the report.

      • Save to report directory - To view saved reports, from the Reports screen select View - Saved Reports.

      • Send to Network Manager - Enter the Network Manager Account details.

      • Send to Branch Manager.

   2. Select OK .

5. Select OK .

   The Patient History report displays:
