Report Filters


 

1. Filters

Pharmacy Manager provides a number of default reports. By filtering these reports, it is possible to tailor these reports to suit your individual requirements. Although the filters vary between reports, typical examples include:

  • Date: Only show items within a date range

  • Product: Only show information for certain products

  • Prescriber: Only show items prescribed by a certain prescriber

When a report is generated, you will be asked to select the filters. Most of these are optional, although some filters must be completed. These compulsory filters are marked with a blue exclamation mark.

2. Setting Filters

To set a filter:

  • Check the checkbox alongside the filter name.

The details and options for the filter will appear. Select these as appropriate.

  • Click OK.
