Using Fixed Prism Stock Control

 

Fixed Prism stock control works on the same basis as Prism, but allows you to manually specify minimum stock levels for products as well.

Minimum Stock Levels

When the stock level reaches the minimum stock level it will be reordered. The order quantity will be calculated in the same way as Prism stock control.

To set the minimum stock level:

  • From the Tools menu, click Inquiry then Product.

  • Find and select the appropriate product.

  • Click Details.

  • Set the Minimum stock level accordingly.

  • Click OK.
