Withdrawing a Patient from Message Dynamics

To withdraw a patient from Message Dynamics:

  1. From the Patient Details screen, select Message Dynamics.

    The Message Dynamics screen displays:

  2. Select Withdraw .

  3. The Message Dynamics Warning screen displays. Select Yes :

  4. The patient is withdrawn from Message Dynamics and their Status updates to Inactive:
