Viewing Closed Pharmacy First Referrals

To view closed Pharmacy First Referrals:

From the Completed Pharmacy First Referrals tab select SUMMARY next to the required patient. The Referral Summary screen displays the patient's details and two tabs:

The Overview tab displays the following:

  • Referral Summary - Details of the referral, such as Source and NHS Case ID.

  • Consultation Summary - Details of the consultation, such as status and reason for closure.

The Original Referral Details tab displays a summary of referral details.

Note - To print this topic select Print in the top right corner and follow the on-screen prompts.
