Our online patient services provide an easy and intuitive way for your patients to access the services you make available online. Your patients can use them at any time, day or night, providing they have internet access, and they are fully responsive for use on desktop, mobile phone or tablet.
Depending on your current version of Vision 3, the following services are available, for Patient Services(England, Scotland and Northern Ireland) and My Health Online (MHOL) (Wales):
- Book appointments - Full and quick registration
- Order medication - Full registration only
- View a summary of their medical record - Full registration only
- View their coded medical record - Full registration, England and Wales only
- Online services account management - Full registration only
- Patient Messaging - Full registration, currently Patient Services only
- View their preferred Pharmacy - Full registration, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only
- View and update their EPS Nominated Pharmacy - Full registration, England only
