Patient Services is available in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland:

- Order medication - Full registration only
- View a summary of their medical record - Full registration only
- View their coded medical record - Full registration, England only
- Online services account management - Full registration only
- Patient Messaging - Full registration, currently Patient Services only
- View their preferred Pharmacy - Full registration, Scotland and Northern Ireland only
- View and update their EPS Nominated Pharmacy - Full registration, England only
