Appointment Upgrade for Front Desk Users Only
Note - This process only applies if you are migrating from using Front Desk as your Appointments solution.
At this point one of our team loads Appointments and Appointments Setup for you.
You will be contacted by our on-boarding team to arrange your Appointments Setup on-site training day.
Please ensure all relevant staff complete the eLearning prior to your Appointments Setup training, see Training Plan for Existing Vision 3 Practices for details.
Important - Once your system is migrated to the Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution, Front Desk is no longer available for use with Vision 3.
