Andrew has worked alongside NHS organisations for twenty years. He is passionate about using technology to improve healthcare outcomes across Health Boards.

Away from work, Andrew can be found either playing or coaching football at his local club or walking his dog around the South Wales countryside.

Margaret, aka Mags, joined the company in 2015 and having worked across the business, gathering invaluable experience throughout, is currently National Account Manager for Scotland.

Away from work, Mags can be found at her local Bootcamp, walking or baking up a storm in the kitchen at home.

Neil started with the Scottish Account Management team in 2020, prior to this he held various support roles.

Away from work, Neil follows his beloved 'Dark Blues, spends time in the gym and running.

Colin joined the Scottish Account Management team in 2019, prior to this he was an Account Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales, in both Primary and Secondary Care.

Away from work, Colin is a keen gardener, cook and enjoys walking his dog along Nairn’s beautiful beaches.

Scott has extensive experience in IT and Telecoms Account Management across both private and public sectors including supplying healthcare solutions.

Richard Harrison

Debbie Cuthbert

Richard has worked in the Primary Healthcare IT sector for over 25 years, predominantly working in the training team.

Debbie has worked in Primary Care Training and Development for over 30 years. During that time, she has delivered high-quality training programmes to GP practices, CCG’s, Health Boards and other healthcare organisations.

Debbie is an accredited trainer with a practice management background and currently works as a consultant for five GP practices.

Cath Mumford

Jim Holden

Cath is our Primary Care Training Lead working with GP Practices, Local Health Boards and NHS Trusts. She has worked in the primary care environment for 27 years, initially as an administrator in a busy practice before joining us, where she has been a Trainer for over 20 years.

Jim joined the company 18 years ago from the Armed Forces Medical Service. During his time with us he has worked with individual practices, CCG's, Health Boards and at an NHS level on clinical software projects and program roll outs.

Jim is an Internal Training Mentor and Assessor, has worked on 'Train the Trainer' projects and carries out audit and training work for practices helping them improve summarising data capture and increasing prevalence.

Bradley Sieve

Rebecca Bruce

Bradley has worked with our primary care software since August 1999 and enjoys providing professional training, pathway authoring and consultancy services. He has a good sense of humour, enjoys skiing, tennis and walking. Rebecca joined the Primary Care Training team in Autumn 2023 having worked in various primary care roles for the past 7 years, most recently in General Practice management.

Outside of work, you can find Rebecca running around on the netball court for her local team and enjoying long walks with Charlie her rescue dog.

Liz Waugh

Brian Watt

Liz joined us in 2022 having worked in Primary Care for 12 years, during that time she has had a number of roles, most recently, Assistant Practice Manager. Liz was also part of the Training team with Sky Broadcasting.

In her free time, she is mum to three sport mad boys and can be found either out and about on long walks with her Cavapoo, Myla, or spinning up a storm on her Peloton bike.

Brian joined the company early in 2023 as a Primary Care Trainer. He comes with a wealth of training experience from both the pharmacy and mental health industries.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys walking Ollie the Collie, family time with his grandson and spending weekends caravanning.
