File Maintenance Toolbar
The Control Panel - File Maintenance toolbar has the following options:

Back.
-
Forward.
-
Refresh.

Add - Depending on which tab you have selected, allows you to add new Staff / Staff Groups / Organisations / Practices.

Edit - Allows you to update the option you have selected.

Save - Allows you to save any changes you have made.
-
Cancel - Allows you to cancel any changes you have made.

Audit - Displays the audit trail of the selected item.

Staff Configuration Utility - Available to system supervisors only, this is a tabbed screen allowing quick updates:
- From lists of staff, you can quickly update the GMC code and the GP Code, inactivate or activate staff.
- From a list of workstations, you can quickly update the Prescription Printers, Drug Label Printers, and Word Processor choice.See Staff Configuration Utility for details.

Online - Select to access the Online Services Configuration screen, see Online Services Configuration for details.

Usage (England only) - Select to set consent for Vaccine Usage and Vaccine Uptake reports, see Vaccine Usage Reporting - Public Health England for details.

Settings - Select to set practice wide therapy settings, see Settings for details.
