Engage Touch Integration with Appointments
Engage Touch provides a self check-in solution through either a touch screen at the practice or a QR code where the patient can check in using their own mobile phone.
The patient must enter their date of birth and a letter(s) from their surname for Engage Touch to check against Appointments for the matching patient details. Once the patient name is confirmed the patient is marked as Arrived in Appointments
