Scheduled Appointments

• Patient name
  Note - Select the patient's name to open the patient's clinical record (only available if you are accessing Appointments from Vision 3).
• Date of birth
• Gender
• NHS/CHI Number
• Preferred spoken language, see Spoken Language for details.

Lists the patient's scheduled appointments, from here you can:

• Search for appointments - Enter your search criteria in Enter text to filter results:

  

• Filter results - Filter the scheduled appointments, for example, by date/time, slot type and book owner:

  

• Select appointments - Select Scheduled Appointments to display available options:

  

  Select from:

  • Move via Appointments Clipboard - Select to move the selected appointment(s) to the Appointments Clipboard.

  • Copy to Appointments Clipboard - Select to copy the selected appointment(s) to the Appointments Clipboard.

  • Cancel - Select to cancel the selected appointment(s).

  Only available if you access Appointments from your desktop.

  • Link appointments - Select to link the selected appointment(s).

  • Unlink appointments - Select to unlink the selected appointment(s).
