Direct Oral Anti Coagulant drugs (DOACs) Tab

The DOAC tab is for direct oral anticoagulation medication:

• Prescribed DOACs - From this area of the screen you can see what medication the patient is on and their DOAC history.
• Indication for DOAC's - You can see the patient's latest diagnosis indication and the date the entry was made. If there is no data recorded you can select the clinical term from the Data Entry screen.
• Adverse events associated with DOACs - Any adverse events display on this line or you can record them by choosing the appropriate clinical term.
  Note - If a box is "greyed" out and not available it indicates that this information is not applicable to this patient for example they are currently not taking DOAC medication.
